Every office and meeting room is equipped with super-fast scalable broadband and computer-controlled lighting, heating and cooling systems. Tenants are able to book the use of rooms and the communal space via the in-house portal, which allows for easy interface with building management.
Water’s Edge is designed with smart technology, allowing tenants to use their smartphones and tablets to control access, alarm, and lighting and temperature levels with ease. As well as providing the ultimate working environment, this development will save energy and keep utility costs to a minimum.
