Getting to Water’s Edge Is Easy

Whether you’re visiting Water’s Edge for a day or you’re a permanent tenant, you’ll find the journey easy, convenient and enjoyable.

Water’s Edge has been designed as an inclusive and accessible building, a place where everyone feels welcome.

Opening hours
Anyone looking to visit the building can drop in anytime Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, all year round.

Tenants can come and go as they wish 24/7. If you are visiting tenant offices for a meeting, your contact there can let you in outside of our core 09:00 – 17:00 hours.

A lift is available (at the end of the row of offices) to the mezzanine and there is
wheelchair access to all spaces.

Accessible toilets are available on both floors.

Disabled person badge holders may park halfway along Camperdown Street – a street with parking for all right the way along including outside Water’s Edge.

All Roads Lead to Water’s Edge

By Train
Dundee’s mainline station is just a short walk from Water’s Edge. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen are all less than 90 minutes away by train, and London Kings Cross is around six hours away.

By Car
You’ll find plenty of parking spaces close to our offices, and journey times from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen are all under two hours. Our tenants can lease on-site parking bays on an annual basis. For motorists, there are designated parking bays available for lease, and there is car parking nearby in Camperdown Street with meters which can be paid for in cash or via an app. More parking options can be found nearby at Gellatly Street and at South Victoria Dock. The main A90 road serves Dundee, and it connects to the M90 and Scotland’s motorway network to the west at Perth. Those coming from the south can use the picturesque Tay Road Bridge to cross the River Tay.

On Foot
Water’s Edge is located right in the heart of the newly developed waterfront area, on the southern edge of this iconic city. Many highly rated hotels are just a short walk away.

By Plane
A number of airports are located within reach of Dundee. Between them, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen airports offer flights to and from North America, Europe and the Middle East. Dundee City airport offers direct flights to London Stansted.

By Boat
For those who are fortunate enough to travel by private yacht every day, there will be moorings right outside the door when the new marina opens! For the rest of us, the commute is still a piece of Dundee cake.

Water’s Edge is located right in the heart of Dundee’s major regeneration, and as a result of this activity, you’ll find a wonderful selection of restaurants nearby, with cuisine options from across the world.
