Who Works from Water's Edge?

Our tenants are a heady mix of businesses from a range of sectors. We welcomed our first tenants towards the end of 2018* – an insurtech start-up and a couple of energy companies and games developers. And following that, we’ve had interest from a wide variety of businesses and we’ll share more once they’ve moved in and opened their doors. The one thing they have in common is a desire to be in a workspace that will inspire their teams and to be surrounded by other forward-focused businesses. There is currently an exhibition running of contemporary prints in collaboration with DCA. The general public are welcome to come in and view during 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
